Reading Your Reports
What each number on the reports page actually tells you.

Steps
Reports
Reports is the honest view of what your agents are doing — how much they're calling, what it's producing, and what it costs.
Pick a period
Start with the date range. Every number and every chart below follows it, and so does the export.
How much you're calling
Total Calls and Call Minutes are your volume. Minutes matter more than calls — that's what you're actually billed on.
What it produced
Appointments is the one that matters. Volume without appointments means the agent is talking but not closing.
What it cost
Put Total Cost next to Appointments and you have your cost per booking — the number worth watching week to week.
The trend
The first charts plot calls, spend, and messages over the period, so you can see whether something changed and roughly when.
Why calls ended
How calls ended breaks the calls down by result — booked, voicemail, do-not-call. A pile of voicemails means you're dialling at the wrong time of day.
Did they connect at all
Calls by connection is different — it's whether the call reached anyone. A lot of failures here points at the number, not the agent.
Taking the data out
Export downloads the whole period as a spreadsheet for your own analysis. It's a paid-plan feature, so it may show as an upgrade prompt.
