Steps
Signing in
Welcome to ClearTalk. Let's start by signing in. Open your ClearTalk sign-in page.
Your email
Enter the email address for your account.
Your password
Then type your password.
Sign in
Click Sign In, and ClearTalk takes you straight to your dashboard.
Your dashboard
This is your dashboard — your home base. The sidebar on the left groups everything into Create, CRM, Telephony, Agent Tools, and Analyze. Let's walk through it.
My Agents
My Agents is where you create and manage your AI voice agents — the callers that talk to your contacts.
My Campaigns
Under My Campaigns, you launch outbound calling and texting campaigns and track them live.
My Contacts
My Contacts is your built-in CRM. Every call, text, and booking for a contact lands on one unified timeline.
Conversations
Conversations brings all of your two-way messaging into a single inbox, so nothing slips through.
Calendars
Calendars manages your scheduling and availability, so your agents can book appointments on your behalf.
Do Not Call
The Do Not Call list keeps your outreach compliant by automatically suppressing numbers that have opted out.
Telephony
Telephony is where you manage phone numbers, messaging, and everything that connects ClearTalk to the phone network.
Integrations
Under Integrations, you connect ClearTalk to your CRM, your webhooks, and the rest of your stack.
Tools
Tools let your agents take real actions during a call — like transferring, sending a text, or calling your own APIs.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is where your agents get their facts — the documents and notes they draw on to answer questions accurately.
Reports
