Steps
Settings
Settings covers both your organisation and your own account. Six sections down the left, and most of them you'll set once and forget.
Your organisation
General is your organisation itself — its name, its time zone, and the defaults everything else inherits. The time zone in particular is worth getting right early.
What gets reported
Call Reports decides which call results send a report out to your connected system, and who gets emailed a summary.
Your own vocabulary
Result Definitions is where you say what each call result means for your business, so your agents categorise calls the way you'd categorise them.
Just you
Profile is your own account — your name, your email, your password. It's personal to you, not shared with the team.
Light or dark
Appearance switches between the light and dark themes. It follows you across devices.
Sign-in and 2FA
And Security is where you turn on two-factor authentication — genuinely worth doing on any account that can spend money.
That's settings
Get the time zone and your call results right on day one and the rest of this page rarely needs revisiting.
