Your Team and Their Permissions

Steps

Team Members

Everyone who works in your account gets their own login rather than sharing yours. This is where you set that up.

Adding someone

Invite Member sends them an email. They set their own password, so you never handle it.

Waiting on a reply

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet sit under Pending, with an expiry date. You can resend one from there if it's been ignored.

Who's active

Active Members lists everyone who's already in, with their role and when they joined.

Changing what someone can do

Each member's menu changes their role or removes them from the organisation entirely.

Beyond the built-in roles

The built-in roles cover most teams. When they don't, you can build your own.

Building a role

Create role lets you tick exactly which actions it allows. An analyst who can read reports but never place a call, for instance.

Then assign it

Custom roles are assigned from the Team page, same as the built-in ones. Change the role and their permissions change immediately.
