Scheduling a Campaign
Spread a calling list out in batches over days instead of all at once.

Steps
Batch Calls
A Batch Calls campaign works through the same kind of list, but a few contacts at a time over days — so you're never dialling more than your team can handle.
Contacts kept here
One thing to know up front: batch campaigns call contacts stored in ClearTalk. Contacts that live only in an outside CRM aren't dialled by this type.
Name it and pick the agent
Name the campaign and choose which agent makes the calls.
How many at a time
Contacts per batch is how many people get called in one go. Twenty-five is a comfortable starting point.
How long to wait
Then set the gap between batches. Twenty-five contacts an hour apart calls the first twenty-five now and the next twenty-five in an hour, until the list is done.
When it runs
The start date is the first day it dials. Add an end date and it stops on its own, even if the list isn't finished.
Choosing who's included
Limit the campaign to a single tag to call one segment, and add a tag after each call so you can tell who's already been reached.
A daily ceiling
A daily cap is a useful safety net — it stops a large list turning into a bigger day than you planned for.
Only during business hours
Batches still respect your working hours, so nothing goes out at seven in the morning on a Sunday.
Create the campaign
Create Campaign saves it, and the first batch goes out on your start date.
