Connecting Your Calendar
Let agents book into the calendar you already use.

Steps
Calendar
Connecting your calendar is what stops an agent booking you into a slot you're already busy in.
The Calendar section
There are three: Outlook, Google, and Calendly. Connect the one your team runs on.
Sign in once
You sign in to your provider, approve the access, and come straight back. There's nothing to configure afterwards.
Choose which calendar
If your account has several calendars, pick the one bookings should land in — usually your primary, not a shared team one.
Keeping an eye on it
Each card shows whether the connection is healthy and when it last synced. If it says it needs re-authorising, sign in again — that link expired.
Then set your hours
With the calendar connected, set your bookable hours over on the Calendars page and your agents can start closing meetings on the call.
