Creating a Web Agent

Set up a voice agent widget for your website.

Steps

A web agent is a voice assistant your visitors can talk to right on your website. Let's build one. Open the Create Agent menu.

Choose Web Agent to add a voice widget to your site.

Setup is split across tabs. On Identity, name the agent and set its opening line.

This is what the agent says the moment a visitor starts talking.

On the Voice tab, pick how your agent sounds.

The Brain tab is where you give the agent its instructions — either a prompt, or a pathway for a structured flow.

On Appearance, choose a template and colors so the widget matches your site.

Click Create agent. You'll get an embed snippet to drop into your website, and your visitors can start talking to it.
