Steps
Schedule
Your schedule is the foundation. Every event type checks against it before an agent offers anyone a time.
The Schedule tab
Open the Schedule tab. If you haven't set one up yet, you'll be asked to name it and pick a time zone first.
Get the time zone right
The time zone matters more than anything else here. Every time on this page is read in it, and so is every slot an agent offers.
Day by day
Then set your hours a day at a time. Days you leave unchecked are simply unavailable — nothing gets booked on them.
More than one window
A day can have several windows. If you break for lunch, add two windows rather than one long one and the gap stays yours.
Start and end
Each window has its own start and end time, so a short Friday doesn't have to match the rest of the week.
Save it
Save, and every event type pointed at this schedule updates with it. There's nothing else to sync.
