Bookings
Bookings is where the scheduling setup pays off — everything on the calendar, however it got there.
The Bookings tab
It opens on what's coming up. If it's empty, nothing has been booked yet — bookings land here the moment an agent closes one.
Three views
Switch between upcoming, the last ninety days of past bookings, and anything that got cancelled.
Where it came from
Each booking shows its source — booked by a voice agent, over SMS, by the customer themselves, or added by hand. That's how you tell what your agents are actually closing.
When plans change
Cancelling from here frees the slot back up so it can be booked again.
The loop closes
Hours, event types, bookings. Once those three are set, an agent can take a call and put a meeting on your calendar without you touching anything.
