Steps
Authentication
Before you can buy a number or place a call, you connect your own carrier account. You keep the account and the billing; we just use it.
Are you connected?
The card at the top tells you where you stand. Connected means everything else on this page is available to you.
Your account id
The first value is your account id. You'll find it on your carrier's console dashboard under Account Info — it starts with A-C.
Your token
The token sits right next to it; click Show to reveal it. Treat it exactly like a password — anyone with it can use your account.
Save the connection
Paste both in and save. From here you can buy your first number and start attaching it to agents.
