The dashboard
The first screen you see — what each block is, and which numbers here are worth acting on.
The Dashboard is the home screen: a quick read on what your agents have been doing, over a range you pick in the top right.

- 1The range everything below obeys. It defaults to All time, which is rarely what you want after the first week.
- 2Milestones for a new account. Useful for a week, then collapse them — the arrow on the right hides the row.
- 3This card is named after your primary result, not always “Appointments”.
What's on it
Statistics overview — total calls, how many were picked up, total talk time, and your primary result. Picked up counts only the calls a person actually answered and talked to the agent — voicemail doesn't count, even when the agent left a message. The gap between total calls and picked-up calls is your connect rate, and it's the number that moves first when something goes wrong with your numbers.
Campaign breakdown — how many campaigns you have, split by type.
Activity overview — calls per day across every channel. The chart for spotting the day something changed.
Call percentage by result — the same result mix that Reports shows, in miniature.
Recent calls — the last few conversations across every channel, with a link through to the full list.
Achievements
The row of progress rings at the top tracks first milestones — your first call, your first appointment, a hundred contacts, five campaigns, an hour of talk time.
They're a nudge for a new account, nothing more. Nothing is gated behind them and nothing expires. Once you're past setup, the arrow on the right of the row collapses it for good.
Dashboard or Reports?
They overlap on purpose, and the split is about how long you're looking:
- Dashboard — a glance. Is anything obviously wrong today?
- Reports — the real analysis. Longer ranges, more charts, exportable, and the place to work out cost per result.
Change the range before you read anything. It defaults to All time, which flattens exactly the recent change you're looking for.
